Gary Morsch, M.D., M.P.H., President & Founder – Dr. Morsch is a family medicine physician who founded Docs Who Care in 1995. He also is the founder of Heart to Heart International, a medical relief organization that supplies aid, medicines, and medical education throughout the world.
Gary Coulter, FACMPE, Chief Executive Officer – Gary is a medical practice executive who has been with Docs Who Care since 2001. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and its affiliated organizations. He has extensive experience as a medical practice administrator.
Paul Wardlaw, M.D., Medical Director – Dr. Wardlaw fills the part-time role of Medical Director for Docs Who Care. He oversees and coordinates the Quality Improvement Program with our providers and is “on call” for any of them should the need arise. He is a family medicine physician with over 25 years of private practice and practice administration experience. He has been a part of Docs Who Care since 2003.
Debbie Edwards, Senior Vice President – Debbie joined Docs Who Care in 1998 as a part-time employee and has filled just about every role or function possible during her tenure here. She currently has full-time responsibility for physician recruitment, scheduling, and retention for DWC locations in Colorado, Nebraska, and select locations in Kansas.
Janine Smith, Senior Vice President – Janine began her employment with Docs Who Care in 2001. In addition to her current responsibilities for site management, physician recruitment, scheduling, and retention for full-time and high-volume emergency department locations, she oversees our information technology and data management functions.
Rodlyn Davis, Regional Vice President – Rodlyn joined Docs Who Care in 2008 bringing over 20 years of managerial experience at the organizational and executive level. Rodlyn is currently responsible for physician recruitment, scheduling, and retention for the state of Kansas.
Karen Garrett, Accounting Manger – Karen joined Docs Who Care in 2010 bringing over 15 years of accounting/finance experience. She is responsible for the management of and day to day functions of accounting for Docs Who Care and its affiliated entities.
