Today is national Doctors’ Day, and Docs Who Care’s founder and CEO, Dr. Gary Morsch, is down in Cuba this week on an exploratory mission.  He’s putting together a group of motorcycle riders who are mapping out the course for a fundraiser they hope to have next year.

They are also delivering some much-needed equipment to a children’s hospital in Havana.

The first shipment of medical supplies arrived in October of 2015, and Heart to Heart International (HHI) has continued to support the doctors and medical staff at the William Soler Pediatric Hospital in Havana with several shipments of medical supplies and equipment over the past 2 years.

HHI coordinates with both the Cuban government and the United States State Department to ensure that the hospital receives each delivery.
