Retirement
Dr. Paul Bottom, DWC physician from Nebraska retired from practice this fall. He worked for Docs Who Care for approximately six years in many rural hospitals across Nebraska. “DWC is a marvelous organization and it has been a great experience working with you,” Paul says. “I have no reservation at all in recommending DWC to any of my colleagues. I'll also miss some of the great people and communities that I have learned to know through DWC. “

To Brian Evans, CEO at Clarke County Hospital in Osceola, IA, following the death of his father, William, in Des Moines, Iowa.
Wedding bells
Stephanie Werner, M.D., and Greg Erickson M.D., active duty Orthopedic Surgeon, were married June 20, 2011. Dr. Erickson and her husband are stationed at Offutt Air Force Base, NE. Dr. Erickson does PRN work for Docs Who Care at several hospitals in Nebraska.

Congratulations to Stacy Fletcher, M.D., on the arrival of Andrew David “Drew” Fletcher. He was born July 26, 2011, and weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces.
Congratulations to Maggie Ngar, D.O. on the birth of Eliza Marie Lokelani, born August 24, 2011. Eliza weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces, and was 19 inches long.
