Who would have thought that a chance meeting in a church hallway 10 years ago would turn into such a fulfilling assignment? Gary Coulter, CEO of Docs Who Care, happened to meet Dr. Gary Morsch, president and founder of DWC at church one Sunday. Dr. Morsch asked Gary if he was happy in his present job. Gary responded that no, he was not happy, and would welcome further dialogue.
Now, ten years later, Gary is enjoying his “new” job more than he ever thought possible. He has been instrumental in growing DWC to where it is today with over 140 providers working in over 40 hospitals in 5 States. What an exceptional job Gary has done in leading the company these past 10 years.
