A New Year Dawns
It is hard to believe a new year dawns upon us once again. It is such a cliché phrase, but always true…time sure does fly. Where did the year go?
With the years going by faster and faster, some of you may be considering ways to have more time in your life — time for family, travel, mission work, volunteering, or just time to relax and enjoy life. Whatever it may be for you, Docs Who Care is a great way to find balance between work and life.
Flexibility, excellent compensation, control of your schedule, and rewarding work in a small rural community are just a few benefits that come from working with Docs Who Care. How to get started? The process is easy. Just email us at jsmith@docswhocare.com. I’ll send you an application to complete and return to us.
Question/Answer
Q. Does Docs Who Care have liability insurance for me?
A. It depends on where you live and where you are licensed. We can offer insurance for our providers working in Nebraska, Iowa, and Missouri. There is a short application and approval process. Once approved, you are added to our corporate policy and there is no “tail” liability to you. There is a small per-hour deduction for the cost of insurance.
Unfortunately, we are not able to help with insurance for providers in Kansas or Colorado at this time. We can recommend an agent to provide a quote. Most of our providers are not rated as emergency medicine providers, so rates are typically very affordable.
Current Needs
We have a variety of ongoing opportunities in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska and Colorado. We are also excited to announce that we have several new locations starting in Iowa. Call us today for more information about these new opportunities in Iowa.
Physician Referral Bonus
If you can’t work, but know someone who may be interested, please have them contact us. We have a terrific physician referral bonus program. If you refer someone who works 180 hours over 90 days (with some future hours scheduled), you will receive $1,000. The referred provider just needs to list your name on the DWC application. It’s as simple as that!
