BIRTHS

John Birky, M.D., and his wife, Lisa, welcomed Lillian “Lily” Jean on June 21.  She weighed 7 lbs. 5 oz.

Norma Green, M.D., welcomed William Joseph on June 21.  He weighed 7 lbs. 13 oz. and was 20 1/2” long.

CONGRATULATIONS
Community Memorial Healthcare hosted a ribbon cutting and open house for the public to celebrate the grand opening of their new hospital facility on June 26, 2011.  Dr. Gary Morsch and the DWC staff congratulate Curtis Hawkinson, CEO/Administrator, and the staff of CMH in Marysville, KS.

Our congratulations and best wishes to Dr. Charles Empson who recently retired from Docs Who Care.

Congratulations to Janine Smith, Senior Vice President and Director of Recruiting, and Christy Kuzmich, Verification Specialist, who recently celebrated their 10-year anniversary with Docs Who Care.

DEATHS
We extend our sympathy to Warren “Zev” Levinson, M.D. in the death of a cousin.  He recently attended a memorial service in Quebec for his cousin as well as his grandmother who passed away last year.

We extend our sympathy to Janine Smith in the death of her step-brother who was a victim of the Joplin, Missouri, tornado.
