I was first attracted to DWC because of my interest in rural medicine, and the flexible scheduling of work. 

Prior to joining DWC I was a Family Medicine Resident at St. Anthony Hospitals in Denver, Colorado. 

DWC gives me the best of all worlds: the interest and satisfaction of rural medicine and a completely flexible schedule. Also, through DWC I have seen much more of Colorado than I thought I would! 

I have worked with very professional nurses and staff in small rural hospitals. They have often had a more flexible mindset than similar staff in large urban hospitals.  DWC is a most professional organization. Their responses to communication are always fast, and they always pay on time.
